The Syllabus Ref in the Answer Sheet is only helpful if you have the appropriate BOK. It would be more helpful if there were a cross ref to the ITIL Foundation book used to prepare for the V. 3.0 Diploma Examination. The Answer Rationale is of limited assistance for those Sample Papers that have one.
