This document is prepared by the ITIL V3 Chief Examiner and carries the
approval of the ITIL Qualification Board.
The purpose of the ITIL V3 Qualification Scheme is to ensure that relevant
and timely certifications are available in the public marketplace to support
the formalized learning requirements of individuals and organizations
related to the ITIL Service Management Practices, commonly referred to
as V3.
